According to TVA records, an unidentified Woods is buried in the same grave, also no stone, if that gives you any sort of clue. The last time I was at Big Barren Cemetery, it was well-maintained, but some of the stones are very old and hard to read. You can order the original record from TVA, and you'll find out at least who the closest relative was who authorized the move. That, too, may give you a clue.
