BEELER, DICKY - age 62 of Knoxville, passed away May 4, 2009 at St. Mary's Medical Center. Dicky was a U.S. Army veteran and employed by Mays Paving. He is preceded in death by his parents, Arlie and Reba Lankford Beeler. Surviving are his half-brother Bill Mays; cousin Alan Beeler; good friend Jim Tucker, and a host of other friends. The family will receive friends Thursday, May 7 at Highland Memorial Funeral Home from 7-9 p.m. The funeral will be held on Friday, May 8 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Highland Memorial Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Highland Memorial Cemetery. Military rites will be provided by Volunteer State Veterans Honor Guard.
