When did she marry? You might find her in the 1850 census with her parents, as she'd only be about 18. Union marriages don't start until after the Civil War, and TN marriage records aren't nearly as informative as some other states. But I'd look and see if she's in 1850 with parents. It's also worth checking all of the other censuses, because sometimes elderly parents move in with their kids when they can't stay alone any more (no nursing homes in those days.) You might also look for wills that list her from her parents or siblings. www.familysearch.org has a lot of census images on line to use for free. Censuses are a great place to start.
