How about some more information that will help you in your search, and will help researchers help you? For instance, no one can help you unless you provide more information concerning when these people lived. I've never heard of the middle name of Gruce for Ruby Evans? Is that a typo? When were their children born? In what part of Union Co did they live? Are you talking about the 1800's, 1900's or when? Further, any more information you have on this family would be helpful in tracking them down. Just throwing names out there will warrant you next to nothing!
