Dear List, I am seeking the marriage record of Berry Johnson (1841-1922 & s/o Seth Johnson) to Nancy Ellen Johnson (b. @ 1841, d/o Vardamon Johnson), probably around 1856-1857. This couple divorced around 1870, when each of them was living with their respective parent/parents. I would also appreciate knowing if there is a divorce record in Union Co., and the date of that record. Berry Johnson remarried Eliza Louisa Davis on (the unproven date) 21 Nov. 1870. I don't have access to divorce records but I do have the marriage records for the timeframe you are speaking for Eliza. I do not see an Eliza marrying a Berry. The only thing close is Elizabeth Davis marrying John Johnson on 08/14/1879.
