    2. I met with the Historical Society today. It seems all went very well, and I am hopeful for their support. I have the promise of their president that they will begin to submit articles as well as will transcripts and other family history material to be stored on our web page. Now keep in mind that I have not received this material yet, but I am very hopeful. I also hope to be able to post the index from each Pathway Journal each quarter. That way all of you will be better able to decide if joining their organization would be worth your $17. Also, and maybe the best news in the short term, the Historical Society has an e-mail address. Feel free to contact them directly for information on their archives and museum. While they do not offer lookups, they can and will answer your questions about books and materials they own they just don't have enough people to answer specific questions about individuals. By materials I mean hand written materials not included in their many books. Drop them an e-mail if you have questions about their available books or other topics. If you get a chance drop them a line and thank them for their offer of support to our page. Their e-mail address is: tharpeg@icx.net And again thanks to all of you who took the time to write, call and otherwise harass the Society into offering their support. I am grateful.
