In the 1870 Union County census, there is a listing for the following: Rice SNODDERLY, 38, M/W, born in TN, Farmer Lucy, age 35, F/W, born in TN and keeping house Nelley, age 14 Pheeba, age 13 Elizabeth, age 11 Rachael, age 8 Alvis, age 6 Milton T., age 4 Twins: Luis (male) and Luisey (female), age 1 My question is whether this is the same as Henry Rice Snodderly, born April 19, 1832 and died February 12, 1891 married to Lucy Irwin, born January 30, 1836 and died July 13, 1879? The reason I ask is because I show one daughter, Matilda Snodderly, born October 23, 1860, who is not shown above, but would be 10 years old. Perhaps Elizabeth was Elizabeth Matilda? (I know Matilda was buried in Lost Creek Cemetery, but this census record would give me additional children if it's the right family.) Thanks for any and all help. Nina MORTON T
