Chip, I was wondering if there was anyone on the list who might be able to help me. I am trying to find the parents of my gggrandfather. His name was Euil or Euel McKee. He was born in Maynardville in 1855. Would anyone have access to the 1860 census that might be able to find his parents or any suggestions as to where else to look for this information. He had at least two brothers I think their names were Paris and Hugh McKee. Thanks, I hope there is someone out there that might be able to help me. I just don't know where to look for help. Sources tell us it is being reprinted and will be available very soon. For more information see the article at Maynardville.Com in the lower left section just below the editorials. You could be helping a cousin. Go to the courthouse and copy some early marriage records. Anything helps. and copy some = early marriage records. Anything helps.
