Hi! I went last year and it was absolutely great! I learned so much about how my family lived---not so very long ago. The genealogy and book tables had so many books for sale that I filled up my backpack. If any of you have a chance to attend, it is well worth the time. You can see the museum through the Union County TnGenWeb Page or access it directly at this url: http://thesmokies.com/features/places/norris_tn/index.htm Also if you are in the area take a drive through the town of Norris, just above the Museum. Here is a town where time has stood still. Kids still wald to school on sidewalks, and the community still gets together for social events. It looks like something from Andy Griffith. I am told the only crime there is that tourist come there and stay. Hope this helps, Chip Union County TnGenWeb http://www.rootsweb.com/~tnunion ==== TNUNION Mailing List ==== Put those lists to work for others.
