Dear Union County folks, You sure can make a girl home sick. My name is Pat Graves Reagan and I am the daughter of Wylie clondis Graves. My Daddy along with his Brother left union County in 1929 and I do not think they ever returned. Jacob Sylvester Graves was my grandfather and he was born in 1853 and died in 1944. My grandmother was Martha Kitts and she died in 1922. I was born in 1939 and was raised by my aunts on my Mothers side in Knoxville. I am hoping there is some Young High School folks out there , I went in 1954-59. I have not been home in 15 years. I am a scrapbooker, and rubber stamper nut and I am trying to put a memory book together. Now I have three pictures. I have death certificates, marriage records and stuff like that but it needs something else. Dugh? No I am not writing a book do not plan to publish anything but I would like to add a little more than what I have. I think that it is safe to say that I can prove that all of my people came before Tenn. Became a state so I go way back and my roots are deep. Strange because I have been in Wisconsin for 35 years but I still talk, think and write like my family before me. I know I am asking a lot but I would like some old pictures, Maynard High School class of 1929. I am related to Johnns Graff Graves and I would love to have a real picture, Boston and Sarah Effland threw Danial and Sopia Clapp, Barbara Graves and Henry Sharp threw John Graves and Sarah sharp. Then spreading my wings a bit I go all the way back to the Old Peter Kitts and Sarah Wyricks and the link here is John Kitts and Barbara Monroe, bringing in the Severs and Keck. Then the early Thomas Hall of Halls Crossroads and Frakers, Gilliams. I love the old stories and the history of the people and if I could say anything to this group it would be to share more of those old stories that have been passed down for generations. I know my family traveled with them and it will help all of us that were for some reason or another were not able to hear them and know them. When going threw the old books , newspaper, genealogies, and things that I will never be able to see my self if you would just copy it and send it I would gladly pay any body for there trouble. I would especially like to have a picture of my daddy 1912-29. My grandmother Martha Kitts Graves, Margaret Kitts Monroe (married william Kitts first do not know who he was becouse he left town ) but she later married George Monroe and died in 1910. I would be most greatful. I can take a scanned picture or by snale mail. With deepest reguards Pat Graves Reagan 214 Adams St. Neenah, WI. 54956
