    3. Hi Ann, I have seen the "Duncan Road" lights also. The story I heard was that a poor woman was caught stealing a loaf of bread and hung for the crime. The light is supposed to be her ghost traveling to the tree where she was hung. There is a new sub-division that was built across the road from the tree where the light stops. I would also be interested in knowing the legend behind the lights.
