My dad has been in business in Union County for more than 30 years. I used to go on service calls with him and really kind of got to know most all the old folks. (Shoffner, Dykes, Sharp, Sherittz, and several other names) Another passtime for them was trading pocket knives. One would say "Whatta ya got to tade on?" And both would pull out knives.
