Renee, I don't know if there is a Liberty Hill in Union Co, but for sure there is one in Wilson Co TN. It borders with Dekalb Co TN. If there was a mistake, the reason there was no street address, is because there are none. you live up one Hollow or another one. Union Co. Where is Liberty Hill and why is there not a street address given. Also note that this is also the same on my ggranmothers death certificate Ellen Capps (Haynes) (Joseph's daughter).
