His wife at the time of death was Elnora Capps. Joseph was prevously married to Rozzey Boruff date of death-1898- But he remarried in 1899- To Elnora Mcphetridge. Jospeh and Rozzey had my ggrandma Ellen Capps (Haynes) Born-1894 and passed away in 1924 in Union from T.B. I am having a super hard time finding information on Ellen. Union Co. Where is Liberty Hill and why is there not a street address given. Also note that this is also the same on my ggranmothers death certificate Ellen Capps (Haynes) (Joseph's daughter).
