Hay Alice, I don't have anything on Ambrose or Andrew Sharp, but I do have a K/Catherine Sharp. I have just recently found out about her so I haven't had time to do much research yet. She was born about 1847 and died about 1878. She married James Willis Taylor and had 6 children. I believe her parents were John Nicholas Sharp and Malinda Ausmus, but have no other info on parents. I am wondering if we could have a connection somewhere because this family also lived in Union County as well as Monroe. I am hoping some of this may be familiar to you. I would love to talk.
