    3. Hello Stephen, I'm not sure, but it sound like you could be descended from my ancestor, Austin Rucker and his son Austin L. Rucker. Austin L. Rucker had a daughter Sarah who married John Pierce. Could they be the parents of your Joshua Pierce? I am descended from Sarah's sister, Mary Rucker who married (1) Peter Pierce and (2) Harrison Rucker. (See below). I will try to find more information on the Pierce family. I will let you know.
