His Father's name was Sterling Hammock, Mothers name was Polly ? Hammock and I am not sure which county in Tn, but probably Union county or one of the neighboring counties. I would love to know where they lived before ending up in Lee county Virginia, where they raised their family. Some of their children were, Minerva, Katy, Minnie, Gertie, Pearlie, Jake, and Alva or Alvie. If you can help I would greatly appreciate it. Jan
