Tom, I sure do remember -- most of them! I remember Bill & Cliff Carlisle (Bill's alter ego was "Hot Shot Elmer" - saw him in person when I was 12 yrs. old at a school house in Moores Creek, KY. He wore red flannel underwear! I remember Don Gibson, the Carter Sisters & Mother Maybelle, and yes, Archie Campbell, who went on to fame on HeeHaw. So many of them, and so many now gone. They sure did make the life of a little country girl much happier. No televisions then - just radio, and sometimes no electricity! We had a battery powered radio for use when the electric would be off for one reason or another. I miss those times when we were young and carefree. Joyce
