The Maynardville and Luttrell library now have e-mail addresses. They are listed on Maynardville.com. Find them by going to Maynardville.com and clicking on Business. There you will find the Library section. These libraries won't do lookups, but they can tell you what sort of reference material they have. There are several books in the Raintree Series for example about specific families. Drop them a line if you're going to be in the area and see if it's worth your stop. Chip Maynardville.Com

Wouldn't it be great if it was a volume three and turned out to be one and two combined? Chip I thought I should give you this message from work before I forget. In my quest to find copies of the book "Our Union County Heritage" I found out that volume 1 and 2 are being reprinted. I spoke to the author, Mrs. Graves today. She said that she would be glad to take orders by phone or mail. She expects that the books should arrive very soon. I thought maybe some others would also like copies of these books before they are out of print again. If anyone is interested they can call Mrs. Graves at 423-***-**** or write to her at P.O. Box 35, Maynardville, TN 37807 and reserve their copy. Pam Mitchell Chip Would it be possible to post it on the Union County web page? Mrs. Graves gave me her permission. If it would be against policy you could give my home email address and I would be glad to direct anyone who would like to buy the books to Mrs. Graves. My home address is Volfan99@gateway.net. Let me know. I know there are a lot of other folks out there on the Union Co. page that might like to have one of the volumes. Pam
