He was a member of New Tazewell Methodist Church and attended Watson's Chapel American Christian Church. He was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was an avid motorcycle rider and enjoyed being with his buddies. He was preceded in death by his father: Earl C. Rouse. He is survived by his mother: Pearl R. Mozingo of Tazewell, TN; sons: Joe Don Rouse of Johnson City, TN, Tommy Rouse of Johnson City, TN, Eric Rouse of Florida; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild; brother: Joe L. and wife Charlene Rouse of Tazewell, TN; sister: Fay Cleer of Bay Village, OH; several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
