Cathy, a Kenneth Smith was nice enough to look up a marriage license for me, I had searched every site known for this info, to no avail. I agree it would be great to have someone in Tipton County to post info, I need a death certificate on Callie McKnatt Cooper prior to 1900. Some more elaborate history would be great also, as Callie died in a storm there in Covington.
