My late mom's(Margie Crunk Shelton) cousin --William Robert Eckford--owned the funeral home when it was in downtown Covington. He passed away a number of years ago. I'm not sure who owns it now but it's not in downtown Covington in the orig location. I do know that the Munford cemetery is now owned by the city of Covington and that you can call city hall for info. Also, the city library in Covington has burial listings that I think were done by the DAR. I don't live near there--I'm over in Northwest Arkansas--or I'd try to help you. Also, I'd like to find somebody in the Covington area that would occassionally put flowers out for me at the Munford cememtery on my parents and grandparents graves. Is there anybody interested--I'd send some $ for you to go to WalMart or somewhere like that and then would appreciate a digital pic scanned to me so I can see them. Just email me if interested.
