Some of the old records were damaged by water so bad they couldnt recover them when they were in the old location. They still have some just depends on what year your looking for...I know I lucked up with mine, My Great Grandfather died in 1946 and that was one of the ones that made it...you can always call and ask they will tell you if you give them the information.
