I am seaching for any information on this Family in the Randolph area. It would be John T. Skaggs, wife Bettie Oen and children William, Bessie, Jennie, Mattie, Annie. These five were the only children to live to adulthood of 11. Any helps greatly appreciated. Thank you Barbie
