Gardner married Louisa Lavinia Prewett Feb. 1 , 1846 in Tipton cty. They are listed on the 1850 census both born in Tenn. I have not been able to go any father back than this. They later moved to Arkansas. Joseph died as a civl war prisoner in the Rock Island civl war prison in Illinois. Thanks Roy Gardner
