Elizabeth married Samuel Neal in Tipton County in 1840s. Richards was her married name. Could someone please see if they can find the record of her divorce or marriage to Richards. Her maiden name could have been Webb or Stephens. One of her sisters married a Bill Stewart I believe. I have been told all of her sisters married in that area. Thank You Bobbye
