    3. Hi there, I am researching the Wiseman Family in Tipton Co. Tn. I am in need of some marriage dates. I need marriage for before 1840. A couple in particular: Alexander Hamilton OWEN and Sarah A. SMITH. They married some time after 1832. On the 1850 Tipton Co. Tn. census there are 5 children: ages 17, 15, 09, 07, and 03. We know his first wife died and I have a year of 1834. Do not know if this is correct. We can not really tell which children are for which wife. Calvin (C.H.?) WISEMAN and Mahalay Unknown. They were married prior to 1840. On the 1840 Tipton Co. Tn. census with out any children. (Her name is spelled different ways. One record has Mahaly) But any WISEMAN'S would help. 3. I will have our ILL staff check to see if there is any charge through the library system at Shelby County. I'll place an order form myself and see what restrictions they put on it. Many libraries have a reciprocating agreement. "You don't charge us, and we won't charge you." I know the Shelby County genealogy section is extremely busy, but $35 per page???? Our library would charge 10 cents for the price of the copy, if someone lived locally and could do the research themself, but we charge nothing for ILL requests.
