He was married to my cousin William Andy RIPPY's widow, America BUTLER and she is living in Gallatin. He has been dead some time. Carroll's father and brother are deceased and his Mother may be by now, haven't seen him, lately. They had a family farm down there in Westmoreland TN, Sumner Co somewhere out in the country for Carroll was still going to the farm and feeding the cattle and all, last time I visited with my cousin Willie Ruth, a maternal first cousin. She can be reached at the Westmoreland TN library in town, if you need to find more out about the Borders family. She knows a lot, working at the library and they have been married more than 30 years, for she was young when they did marry and he was in the service. America was Fount's second wife, I didn't know his first wife or his son's name. Jo BORDERS was related to them also and she has been deceased for a long time. She is buried at Fairfield and was my cousin Leon RIPPY's wife who died of cancer.
