To the List: I have recently purchased the book "Sumner County, Tennessee, Index to the Loose Records: 1786 to 1930". These records are divided into the following four categories: Wills, Estates, Miscellaneous, and Lawsuits, with Lawsuits being the great majority. By sending the name, number, and category of the record, a SASE and $5.00 research fee to the Sumner County Archives you will be advised as to the copying / postage fees for the documents you are interested in obtaining.
