This case was heard on appeal by the Superior Court of Tennessee 1795. I assume that the case was appealed from the Sumner County Court. The witnesses in the case included Arthur Hankins, William Hankins, Thomas Waller, John Moore, Robert Shannon, Andrew Hoover and Catherine Moore.
