I am just beginning my quest for my family's history. My grandmother was Nova Viola Rogers Tarrents of New Deal in Sumner county. Her brothers and sisters were: Leo, Vernon, J.D., "Shorty", "Sleepy", Alma, Claire Ruth, Nadine, Annie and Jack. I am not real sure of Shorty and Sleepy's real names. Her mother, I believe, was a Wallace. Also, I would appreciate if any one has any information on the Tarrents side. My grandfather was William Ambrose Tarrents. He came here from Simpson County, Kentucky. Thanks!
