I have just completed the lines of Heirom Gaines and James David Nimmo, both of Albemarle, whose descendants, the Nimmos and Griffins and many others, lived and died in Sumner Co. Nimmo's wife, Lucy Jane Austin Nimmo, lived to be 107 and died in the county. These lines have been approved by DAR. Sarah King
