    3. Right to both of you. Sometimes it's difficult to see why, but we can all have better chances for productive postings with a bit of minor polishing here and there. At one time or other we have all written subject lines that did ot make the best use of the high visibility of a subject line Take H-E-L-P!!!!!!!! for example. Don't know about you, but I have never seen the surname "H-E-L-P" anywhere. There's nothing really wrong with HELP, it's just that using the surname in the subject line is so much more effective.
