Hello and for years I have been searching for a Sarah E. Howell who is my gggrandmother. She was married to James L. Trevathan in Henry county TN in 1848. I was wondering if anyone having census books for the county between her birth year of 1833 in Sumner county and 1850 could please see if any Sarah or a E named Howell show up in your census. Perhaps she went by her middle name that started with a E or was raised up by some other family in the area or was orphaned ? We have never ever been able to find anything on her other than her marriage records. Any information on the Howell family or any related family is most welcome.
