    2. Hello Bob, Glen, and List I've found a James Stewart and his wife Ann (Anny?) in the 1850 Fentress Co. TN census. Is this the same couple who married in Sumner Co. in 1840? I think it might be the same, but I need more proof. I have not found a marriage record for James and Ann Stewart in Fentress Co. This is the only 1850 TN census record for a James and Ann Stewart that I have found. Has anyone found some different information about James and Ann Stewart of Fentress Co. TN Thanks, Ann "The McCormack Lady" 8-) In a message dated 10/2/01 4:04:29 AM, you wrote: >This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. > >Classification: Query > >Message Board URL: > >http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/HiB.2ACI/415.1457.1.1.1 > >Message Board Post: > >glen, i am trying to see if meridy and anny stewart had any children during the >short time they were married. have talked to a woman from macon county tn. who >says she has heard all her life that they had a meridy mccormack in their history. >she was trying to find out more for me but has not got back with any info. who >do you show as your meridy's children. maybe some of the family names will match >up with some i have ran across. also trying to find out if all the stewarts that >mccormacks married were from same family. 3. I do not have any information on James Stewart and wife Ann in my files. Checked my Brown and Hodges files for the name. Sorry I could not help you.
