There are no BIGGS. The closest I can come is Julia B. Briggs in the will of Edward WILLIAMS, February 21, 1839, proved April 1842. The relationship between them is not listed; he left her $1.00. I would like you to check for a will/probate for John Biggs, Jr. probably died there in Sumner County between 1803 and 1830. I do hope you can find something on this man. The children seemed to be taken care of by his father, John Biggs, Sr. There may be a guardianship record there somewhere if anyone has those books. Thanks so much for the help.
