I believe I sent an email regarding Elizabeth Black and Isaac Charlton some time ago but I thought I would ask again, as perhaps, someone has joined since that would have some information. My GGG grandparents were Isaac and Elizabeth Charlton who settled in Salem Ill in about 1830. According to the census records they had children born in Tenn. I researched marriages in Tenn and found an Isaac Charlton married to Elizabeth Black in 1822. I assumed this was the same Isaac and Elizabeth. My problem is that the birth year for Elizabeth does not agree with what is on the Sumner web site and what is reflected in the census records. The difference is 8 years so that is a lot. I would really appreciate any information regarding Isaac and Elizabeth. Thanks, Elaine
