Hi, Linda, I am also interested in this because WILLIAM B. READ, my gt-gt. grandfather was also a commissioner or magistrate probably in the 1880's-1890's in Sumner Co. I have part of his docket, and I am in the process of transcribing it. Lots of moonshining activity as well as other offenses are included. It is several pages long and also contains records from his blacksmithing business in Portland. There are many Sumner residents listed, so I realize the importance of making this available.
