I used the 1900 census because you said they married in 1891 and the 1890 census would have missed them and since there is no 1890 census to view doesn't have Tennessee to view we are out of luck with finding them. I looked with the names F. E. Brewer, Neely Brewer, Nancy Brewer, and Nannie Brewer and could find none of these. I did find those below that appearred in the 1900 census...could your 'Neely' Culbreath have been a nickname which was used instead of a first name? I couldn't find a F. El Brewer any place in TN...)
