Mrs. George was a long time member of Portland Church of the Nazarene. She is survived by son, Walter Lee (Sharon) George of Springfield; grandson, Walter Thomas George of Cordova, TN; great-grandson, Walter Davis George of Cordova, TN; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be 1 pm Thursday, February 17, 2005 at Wilkinson & Wiseman Funeral Home with Pastor Rich Cook officiating. Interment will be at Old Brush Cemetery.
