List Members, Can someone tell me who were the parents of John RIPPY who is buried in the Rippy Cemetery near Fairfield in upper Sumner? Dates are 13 April 1802 - 17 Oct 1887 according to the book, "Sumner County, Tennessee Cemetery Records." He is buried along with his wife, Elizabeth, 24 April 1803 - 14 Sep 1894. The RIPPEY descendants chart on the Sumner TNGenWeb page submitted by Bob Rippey lists John M. RIPPEY b. 15 April 1802 twice. Once as the son of Edward RIPPEY and Nancy McCRACKEN and second as the son of James RIPPEY and Sarah DUNN. I also have conflicting information showing that this same John RIPPY md. Elizabeth Jane BELL as his only wife and Elizabeth ROBINSON as his only wife. I would appreciate if someone could give me the correct information for my records. Thanks, Robyn Collins
