Life must be pitiful for you poor people in Tennessee if you have nothing better to do than to look for your relatives, only to find that your brother is also your uncle. This country would be such a better place if the earth were to open up and swallow Tennessee down into the bowels of the earth. How sad that your pleasant memories are spending the day waiting for some peddler to come to town or to remember the trips to an outhouse, which in itself sounds miserable. Miss Thang must count her blessings that she was born into a family of privilege, a family of old money and not one of the trashy nouveau riche families. Before that, Miss Thang's family was among the Lords and Ladies of Europe. Miss Thang's lineage is well documented.
