Unfortunately, the divorce resources for TN at our library only cover the years 1797-1858. I couldn�t find your John Ben Gilbert or Emily Gertrude Berry. Maybe someone else on the list can help. I was going to check on an exact date of their marriage, but I ran out of time. Do you have their exact marriage date? If not, let me know & I'll check on my next visit.
