I am fairly new to Sumner County research and believe I have located one of my ancestors on the transciption of the data decribed below. I am hoping someone can clarity the nature of this data. I am curious whether this is describing a military company or simply a group of individuals living in close proximity. I am afraid I am not familiar with the terminology.
