I am researching the Alfred MOORE family of Sumner Co. Alfred "left for Texas" ca 1830's-early 40's. He is found in Kaufman Co. TX in 1843. As this is a new line for me, I don't know his parents or dates of vital info while he was in TN. I have found the record of an Alfred MOORE having 20 acres of land situated at Station Camp Creek in 1821. I'm not sure if this "my" Alfred. Alfred was married to Mary GREEN, also from Sumner Co. Again I have no dates. Mary was remarried in 1851 to John H. McCARTY in Kaufman Co. & died there in 1864. I would appreciate any help with finding Alfred's parents & dates pertinent to Alfred's life.
