A transcription can be seen at: http://www.rootsweb.com/~tnsumner/faflem.htm Ezekiel ROSS is named as a brother to Mary ROSS. Mary married James FLEMING in 1813 in Sumner Co, TN. Apparently, Mary ROSS was the daughter of Reuben ROSS, but who was her mother? In the sketch, Mary's birthdate is given as 1797. Does anyone know if the following marriage record is for the same Reuben ROSS who was father to Mary and Ezekiel? Maryland Marriages, 1655-1850 Name: Reuben Ross Gender: Male Marriage Date: 29 Jul 1795 Spouse: Henny Holland Spouse Gender: Male (sic) State: Maryland County: Dorchester Source: Ancestry.com I have been told that Reuben ROSS was married 3 times, but the marriage to Henny HOLLAND is the only record I can find that I thought might pertain to him. Is there any mention of his wives and children in his Rev. War petition for a pension? I am a descendant of Mary ROSS and James FLEMING. Any help appreciated.
