Mrs. Gentry was a long-time active member of Beech Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Hendersonville. Preceded in death by parents, Estelle and Henry Johnson; husbands, William A. Shaw and C. Houston Gentry; step-daughter, Faye Long. Survived by daughter, Dianne Draper (Joe) Holland, Columbia, TN; grandchildren, DeAnna (Dale) Owens, Hendersonville, Dwayn A. (Cheryl) Draper, Hendersonville and DeWitt A. Draper, Franklin, TN; great-grandsons, Griffin and Logan Draper, Hendersonville; devoted niece and her husband, Susan and Gary Reynolds, Smyrna, TN and their children and grandchildren, Kristi Guidry, Smyrna and Amy (Ravon) Baines, Nashville, Karson, Austin and Leah Guidry, Smyrna; step-children, Clayton A. (Mattie) Gentry, Franklin, TN, Richard B. (Margaret) Gentry, Lebanon, TN and Nancy (Ray) Payne, Lake Placid, FL; devoted step-granddaughter and family, Donna and John Whitefield. The family will have visitation today Thursday, May 10th from 2-8 p.m., at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, Hendersonville. Funeral Services will be at the funeral home Friday, May 11, 2007 at 11 a.m., Rev. Malcolm Patton officiating. Active Pallbearers will be Dwayn A. Draper, DeWitt A. Draper, Dale E. Owens III, Gary Reynolds, John Whitefield and William (Bill) Stone.
