The library will perform limited "lookups" from there collection. Portland Library Lookups Barbara Russell, the head librarian at the Portland (Elmer Hinton Memorial) Public Library has graciously offered library lookups. These will be performed by Barbara and Wanda (a volunteer who works 20 hours a week in their genealogical/historical collection room). Just e-mail Barbara and Wanda at ehmlgenealogy@bellsouth with your request. Please use the following format when sending your request. 1.. In the subject line, type Genealogical Lookup 2.. In the body of the message, include the specifics of your request. 3.. Include your name and e-mail address at the bottom, and, 4.. Don't forget to thank Barbara and Wanda for their help!
