THanks, Land Harris Jackie, Sorry to be so late in responding...still have thousands of unread in my in box...but my Stovalls come in with the Turners....Henry "Major" Turner m. Rachel Stoval b. 1762 in Bedford Co, VA....l and their daughter Elizabeth Turner married John Gregory in 1799...they had 5 children one of which was my great grandfather Methodist Rev George Nestor Gregory. Elizabeth and John Gregory moved to TN...perported to have been buried 2 miles above Green Garden in Sumner Co TN. I figure they moved there because of the Stovalls and Turners. I have a Joseph/Josephus Williams who married Minerva Ann Stovall 14 Dec 1837 in Logan Co, KY. They seemed to be back & forth between Logan Co, KY & Sumner Co, TN These are my gggrandparents.............I have her family linage, but find nothing about him. He is not with Minerva and their two daughters on the 1850 census, nor do I find any death, burial or census records beyond that date for him. Any help/ideas would be exciting to receive, Jackie Bushnell Woodinville, WA
