Does anyone have any info regarding the family of Grover BLIZZARD who was born, per his draft registration, November 20, 1893 in Hawkins County,but worked and enlisted while living in Kingsport, TN. I am actually looking for which of Grover's siblings would have been the parent to Bigia BLIZZARD who was born abt. 1901 in Tennesse, and was found living in Detroit,Michigan with his uncle Grover in 1920 censuses. The only siblings name I can make out is "Eldridge" from the 1900 census for Sullivan Co.
